The Service is free
IG Downloader is provided completely free of charge. We do not sell subscriptions, credits, premium plans or downloads, and we never ask for payment details. Because no payment is ever taken, there is nothing to refund.
If someone charged you
If you paid anyone for access to “IG Downloader” or a service using our name, you were not dealing with us. Contact your bank or card issuer to dispute the charge, and let us know at support@downloaderize.com so we can warn other users.
Future paid features
If we ever introduce optional paid features, this policy will be updated before they launch, explaining your refund and cancellation rights, including any statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the EU and UK.
Problems with a download
If a download didn’t work, please see the FAQ or contact support; we’re happy to help.
