This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA”).

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA. We use personal information for the business purposes described in the Privacy Policy: providing and securing the Service, responding to you, and (with consent) analytics and advertising measurement.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information. If you enable marketing cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel), this may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. These cookies are off by default and you can turn them off at any time on the Cookie Preferences page, which acts as our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Your rights

- Right to delete personal information we collected from you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use any).
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
Submitting a request
Use the privacy request form (choose “California (CCPA/CPRA)”) or email privacy@downloaderize.com. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide with information we hold, and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice). You may use an authorised agent, who must provide signed permission from you.
